REGISTRATION FOR

FALL /SPRING 2008-2009 RECREATIONAL SOCCER

 

Place: Peters Township Community Recreation Center

Dates: April 19, 2008 and May 3, 2008 - 9:00 am until 12:00 pm

All Players:      $70 for players born between 08/01/02 and 07/31/04

   $85 for all older players

In-House Family maximum payments are $225, excluding travel player registration fees.

 

Travel Players Only:    An additional $90 will be due at Travel Tryouts (see below)

Players not selected will be refunded.

This year the Travel Program will include, during both sessions

one-hour per week training conducted by MLS Camps instructors.

 

Other ways to register:
On-Line Registration will be available starting on April 19, 2008.  Go to www.ptsoccer.net and click on “Registration”.  Payment via credit card is required for on-line registration.

 

By Mail – Print a Registration Card from the on-line link.

Complete the card and mail it with the appropriate fee to Maureen Nee (address is on the card).

 

A copy of the player’s birth certificate is needed for first-time registrants.

 

In-House Registration deadline is July 15, 2008.  Travel Registrant’s deadline is May 1, 2008.  After this date a fee of $10 per family will be added, registrations will be limited to space availability, and special requests will not be able to be met.
