Travel Team Notification Procedures
2008-2009 Rosters
All players were assigned a tryout number during Travel
tryouts in May.
This is not your pinney number, but the Tryout # given to
you on a card at registration.
Please refer to this number to interpret the roster
results.
A number of steps occur before the rosters can be posted:
the tryout results are tabulated, the age group rankings are determined, the
team roster size and division of play are established and approved, the coaches
applications are submitted and approved by the PTSA Board, the team rosters are
confirmed by the coaches, and finally the players are notified.

Travel coaches will contact selected players to confirm
Travel team participation.
If you have decided to decline a roster spot,
please inform your coach as soon as possible to open the
spot for another player.
Letters will be sent to players who are not selected for
Travel Team participation. If you are
designated as an Alternate, you will
become part of an alternate pool. If a roster
spot opens on a team, you may be contacted to try out with other alternates in
your age group, to become eligible to be selected to fill that particular
spot.
